SMS is proud to welcome Mr. John Melitsky as our new 8th grade math teacher. Mr. Melitsky is a career educator who believes in connecting with students and helping them learn in a welcoming and supportive classroom environment.  Serving in a variety of roles within schools, math instruction has always been Mr. Melitsky’s strength and favorite subject.  He lives in Stewartsville with his wife, Lori, and children, Vicki and Will.  In his free time Mr. Melitsky is an avid golfer, fisherman, and enjoys coaching his children’s recreation teams.
