Each year, the NJDOE releases the HIB Grade Report which delineates whether the district is meeting the requirements of the Anti-bullying Bill of Rights (ABR) Act of 2010. The most recent report provides information for the 2021/22 school year. In 2021/22 GES received 72 out of 78 points and SMS received 66 out of 78 points which means the schools are implementing the ABR Act with integrity.
If you believe a GTSD student is the victim of harassment, intimidation, or bullying please submit a HIB Incident Report to the building principal immediately. The following district personnel can assist you with questions/concerns regarding HIB.
